Everyday Smiles has the right to refuse a customer, and or service(s) to any client whose behavior, requests, or circumstances are deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of our servies. Cancellation Policy: * There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time your appointment will be considered a NO Show, canceled and deposit will be forfeited. Customer will have the opportunity to reschedule appointment. If reappointed same deposit will be reapplied, otherwise forfeited. Every second counts for your scheduled service. * We understand life can be unexpected. Everyday Smiles allows a 48-hour cancellation or reschedule period with no penalties. If appointment is rescheduled or cancelled under 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and card on file will then be charged. * Teeth Brightening appointments require at least a 30% deposit. Services are non-refundable. If you do not cancel within the 48 hours your card will be charge the deposit fee. NO show, may be charged up to 100% of the service. *Tooth Gem appointments- require a deposit. Services are non-refundable. If you do not show for appointment or cancel within the 48 hours your card will be charge the deposit fee. * Deposit fee for service(s) will be deducted from the overall cost of your service, and is non-refundable. The final balance must be paid at time of service. Privacy Policy for your personal information: * If you request a copy of your personal information, and or material data sheets, Everyday Smiles will supply this information in conjunction with the privacy policy. This request must be in writing, and you have the right to edit your information, subject to certain exceptions. * Everyday Smiles is committed to ensuring your personal information provided to us is secure. However, we can not guarantee the security of any information you may transmit to us or receive from us. * All transactions and payments are made using highly encrypted 3rd party payment processors, such as Pay Pal, Venmo who will direct your payments to Everyday Smiles. Changes to Privacy Policy: * By using our site and our services, you hereby agree to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document. *Everyday Smiles reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.
